About Us

The organisation

The name Thinkersaurus, stands for “Thinkers Are Us”. As you may have guessed from our name, we like to assist you by doing the thinking for you in areas where we think we have a good amount of knowledge in.

At Thinkersaurus, we are firm believers that a key asset and pillar of strength for an organisation, is the people who work for it. We also believe that people can do great things if they are enabled and given the necessary tools to do so.

On that note, we provide services in areas that help enhance, strengthen and improve the ability and performance of people. This enables them to perform efficiently and to the best of their ability or even beyond. More details on our services are available at the Our Services page. You can also get in touch with us for more details, via the contact form at the Contact Us page.

The people

Thinkersaurus was founded by Eeswaran Kanesalingam. Besides being the founder, he is also the CTO (Chief Thinking Officer) of Thinkersaurus. He enjoys thinking a lot and sharing his thoughts with anybody who is willing to spare an ear and time.

Eeswaran has worked for more than 15 years with a number of MNCs. He spent 11 of those years, leading teams in his capacity as a lead and then manager, in delivering quality software. He has worked with a large variety of talented people, always encouraging them to perform as well as they can and beyond. He enjoyed mentoring, coaching and enabling his engineers, where possible and as necessary, resulting in a cohesive, efficient and succesful team.

Having worked with people from all around the world and at all levels within an organisation, he had the opportunity to understand how people work. This gave him an insight as to how he can help people build upon their ability and enable them, to be even better at what they do.

He believes in continuous learning and helping others become successful in their own life. He is very passionate about inspiring others to achieve their potential and beyond. It is this belief and passion, that led him to found Thinkersaurus. When he is not busy thinking at Thinkersaurus, he is busy being faithfully religious, a loving husband and a doting father. Otherwise, he keeps himself occupied by reading as well as blogging at duasenku.com.
